Demolition and Rebuild Woolwich
Colwin Group were appointed to demolish a fire damaged ground floor commercial unit and first floor flat. The structure was unstable and therefore extensive scaffolding had been installed to prop the building. Due to the close proximity of busy roads the demolition was undertaken by hand. The property was designed to be constructed of traditional foundations however poor ground conditions required the installation of a pile and beam system. The property was constructed incorporating the use of photovoltaic’s, Velfac windows and Delta Membrane tanking systems.
