Conservatory Conversion Leigh On Sea
Colwin Group were appointed to demolish an existing conservatory and rebuild on a piled raft foundation due to subsidence. The client didn’t like the current design of their conservatory and asked for our assistance in designing a room which was more functional. Under permitted development we constructed a single storey extension with a glass atrium roof creating a large open area incorporating the lounge. All works were covered by our 12 year insurance backed guarantee.
