Re-Pointing and Lintel Replacement Ongar
Our client contacted us as they had noticed cracking in the brick work around their windows. They additionally noticed many holes appearing in the mortar course. We identified that the house had originally been built with timber windows. Over the years the timber windows had been replaced with UPVC windows but lintels had not been installed. In addition Masonry bees had damaged the mortar in large areas. We were appointed to install new lintels, source and install matching reclaimed bricks and rake out and repoint the entire house.
